Facilities Engineer with Security Clearance

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Facilities Engineer. Position Type: Full time Contract.
Duration: 06 Months
Location: Lompoc, CA 93437 (Onsite) As a Facilities Engineer, you will: • Facilities management professional to lead a facilities team and contractors, supporting the Client customer missions.
• Responsible for space planning, construction management, maintenance, and operations of the Integrated Processing Facility (IPF).
• Develops, manages, and tracks facilities capital and facilities operating expense budgets and establishes long-range facilities strategic plans in support of business goals.
• Oversees the planning and implementation of space allocation, furniture and equipment layouts, communication services and networking requirements.
• Ensures facilities' compliance with applicable building codes, guidelines, and regulations.
• Responsible for preventative, routine and emergency repair and maintenance of all facilities and facilities support equipment.
• Responsible to maintain and utilize a facilities maintenance management and work order system.
• Inspects facilities and evaluates such factors as HVAC systems, lighting, size, condition, and suitability for occupancy.
• Coordinates work of contractors and interfaces with external government agencies on facilities matters. Jointly responsible for facilities security and health and safety standards within the facility.
• The ideal candidate will have:
• Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years prior related experience.
• Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
• 4+ years managing on-site facilities staff, supporting contractors and service providers.
• 9+ years relevant experience.
• 4+ years leading/managing staff, Personnel management background - team lead/supervision.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range : $60-$62 per hour.
