Position: AI Prompt Designer / Creative Strategist (Remote) Location: Remote (Caribbean time zone preferred) Type: Freelance / Retainer-based About the Role: We’re looking for a skilled and imaginative AI Prompt Designer / Creative Strategist (Remote) to craft effective prompts and creative concepts for AI tools that generate text, images, and videos. You’ll be shaping the narratives of tomorrow by guiding AI to produce powerful, visually compelling outputs. Responsibilities: Develop strategic and creative AI prompts for storytelling, image generation, and video creation Work closely with designers and video editors to deliver campaign-ready content Brainstorm and pitch creative concepts for original IP and global campaigns Conduct prompt engineering experiments to improve output quality Stay current with AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT, Sora, DALL·E, etc.) and emerging best practices Requirements: Experience with AI content generation platforms Strong creative writing and concept development skills Understanding of visual storytelling and branding Ability to translate ideas into prompt instructions that AI can execute Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills
