Job Description
- Manage and motivate a telesales team of 15 to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Monitor and analyse team performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide coaching and training to enhance team effectiveness and skills.
- Ensure customer service standards are maintained and improved.
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales efforts with business objectives.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Telesales Manager should have:
- Proven experience in a contact centre or telesales leadership role.
- Experience dealing with high volume B2B customers
- Strong organisational and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A results-driven approach with a focus on achieving targets.
- Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.
