Job Description:
Addison Group is partnering with our client to find a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a mailroom operations team. This is an onsite, contract opportunity ideal for someone with strong data entry skills and administrative experience looking to contribute to a structured, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process returned mail related to account documents
- Accurately log and update data into Excel spreadsheets
- Organize and track physical and digital records
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure sensitive data is handled securely
- Support general administrative tasks as needed by the mailroom team
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or data entry role
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate level)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with repetitive tasks
- Comfortable with working onsite full-time in a professional environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines consistently
