Pega Lead Business Architect (LBA) with a valid SC Clearance

Rate: negotiable (outside IR35)

Duration: 6-12 months and extendable.

Location: Remote UK with occasional site visits

We are seeking an experienced Pega Lead Business Architect (LBA) to join a high-profile project. The ideal candidate will bring up-to-date Pega expertise, hands-on experience with the latest product features, and strong collaborative skills to work seamlessly across multi-stream teams.

This is a business-critical role where stakeholder engagement, professionalism, and teamwork are just as important as technical knowledge. Candidates must hold current and valid SC Clearance to be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and define business architecture within Pega projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical delivery.
Apply BA methodologies within the Pega ecosystem to translate business requirements into effective solutions.
Work with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to align on deliverables and priorities.
Provide guidance on Constellation, Center-out Architecture, and best practices within Pega implementations.
Support end-to-end solution design from a business perspective, bridging the gap between business and IT.
Collaborate effectively within multi-stream teams, fostering a professional, empathetic, and cooperative environment.

Essential Skills & Experience

Valid SC Clearance (mandatory).
Active Pega BA Certification.
Current CSSA Certification (not outdated).
Demonstrable experience with Constellation.
Strong understanding of Center-out Architecture and ability to articulate BA responsibilities in this context.
Proven track record of recent experience in dedicated Pega LBA roles across multiple projects.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to balance business needs and technical constraints.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on collaboration, empathy, and professionalism.
