The Intake Consultant will serve as one of the first points of contact for prospective clients, ensuring a professional, empathetic, and supportive experience throughout the intake process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients
- Handle incoming leads with empathy and professionalism
- Gather complete and accurate intake information
- Evaluate eligibility based on client criteria
- Maintain detailed notes and update case management systems
- Respond to client calls, messages, and emails in a timely manner
- Provide resources for leads not eligible for services
- Collaborate with the intake team to meet goals
- Communicate with clients, agencies, and stakeholders as needed
