Systems Manager
Buckinghamshire (Hybrid)
Day Rate - £350 - £400 per day

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert across various systems, including Dynamics 365, and Web Applications, providing support and guidance to colleagues.
- Oversee ServiceNow tickets, triaging system faults and working with IT to prioritise and resolve issues.
- Manage the request for change process, logging requirements, and collaborating with the IT Department.
- Support system and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring business process maps and guides are current.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven track record in planning and managing User Acceptance Testing.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Familiarity with project governance and experience in project-based work.
