Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with deep Oracle Fusion Cloud expertise to lead the development, deployment, and optimization of mission-critical data migration and integration projects in a complex enterprise environment. This is a high-impact role focused on aligning enterprise cloud application strategies with dynamic business needs, while directly supporting executive leadership and cross-functional teams. This hybrid position is based in Fort Lauderdale, FL and may require occasional travel to other company sites. Company Overview:
Our client is a fast-growing, privately held contractor with over 65 years of success in the water utilities and infrastructure sector across the U.S. Known for delivering large-scale construction and environmental services, they are now seeking a strong technology leader to modernize and drive cloud initiatives across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the key IT liaison for business unit leaders to identify and deliver cloud-based solutions that drive efficiency and strategic value. Lead end-to-end project management for Oracle Fusion Cloud-based implementations, including critical modules such as: Pricing, Service, CRM, Project Accounting, GL, AR/AP, Fixed Assets, Inventory, BOM, Procurement (PO), and Governance Risk Compliance (GRC). Oversee the design, delivery, and optimization of cloud migrations, integrations, and lifecycle support. Foster strong collaboration across Operations, Finance, HR, Legal, and Sales/Marketing departments. Provide regular progress reports, risk assessments, and KPIs to senior executives. Leverage tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to support forecasting, planning, and analytics initiatives. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or related field (required). 10+ years of IT project management or business-IT leadership experience. Proven subject matter expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications. Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Sales Cloud, CPQ, and enterprise application APIs (SOAP/REST). Technical proficiency with Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, APEX, and web development tools (HTML, JS, CSS). Knowledge of IT service delivery frameworks: PMP, ITIL, Agile, Waterfall. Strong presentation skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Hands-on experience in solution architecture, data migration, and project execution. Familiarity with security, regulatory compliance, and internal audit best practices. Preferred Skills:
Business Intelligence (BI) experience with Power BI or Tableau. Prior experience in the construction, utilities, or infrastructure sectors. Experience managing multiple large-scale Oracle projects simultaneously. What We Offer:

This is a contract-to-permanent opportunity. Only candidates who are open to full-time employment after 3 months and can work 100% onsite in Fort Lauderdale will be considered. Career consultants or remote-only candidates will not be a fit for this role.
