Job Title: SAP FSM Consultant (Techno-Functional – Meter to Cash)
Location: Greater Baton Rouge, LA - Hybrid (One week onsite, one week remote; U.S. based)
Hourly Pay Rate: $115/hr
Contract Duration: 9 months (40 hours per week; potential extension through hypercare/go-live)
Introduction
We are seeking an experienced FSM Techno-Functional Consultant to support a critical Meter to Cash (M2C) program in the water and wastewater industry. The role will focus on Field Service Management (FSM) design review, testing, and readiness through go-live and hypercare. The ideal candidate has a strong techno-functional background in FSM, with experience in API integrations, IS-U environments, and working across design and testing cycles.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven hands-on expertise in FSM (Field Service Management) implementations
- Experience in design review, testing, and hypercare support for FSM workstreams
- Strong knowledge of Work Orders in Meter to Cash (M2C) processes
- Familiarity with FSM Cloud Connector and/or Message Broker for S/4–FSM Cloud API integrations
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to work hybrid (alternating weeks onsite and remote)
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (H1B candidates accepted)
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in SAP IS-U environments
- Background in utilities, water, wastewater, or similar industries
- Experience supporting unit testing, training, and user adoption activities
- Exposure to large-scale ERP transformations and multi-phase program delivery

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Serve as the FSM subject matter expert for design review and validation in the M2C program
- Support testing activities, including test case creation, execution, and defect resolution
- Collaborate with consultants, functional teams, and business stakeholders to ensure FSM work order functionality meets requirements
- Assist in API integration testing using FSM Cloud Connector or Message Broker between S/4 and FSM Cloud
- Provide expertise during training, go-live, and hypercare support phases
- Contribute to ensuring timelines and deliverables are met for the overall M2C program
