Job Title: Front Office Manager (Contract)

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Type of Employment: Contract

Compensation: $23 – $26 / hour

Industry: Oil & Gas

Benefits: This position is eligible for Medical, Dental, and Vision after 60 days on contract

Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client for a Front Office Manager to support a small, professional office environment in Fort Worth. This is a contract role with potential for long-term opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
Support basic accounting functions including invoice processing, purchase order creation, and assistance with accounts payable/receivable (training provided).
Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate purchasing to ensure smooth daily operations.
Manage utility setup and cancellations for office locations.
Assist with administrative updates and vendor communications.
Organize and maintain a clean and efficient office environment.
Coordinate logistics for meetings and internal events.

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Comfortable working in a small office setting and interacting with all levels of staff.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; open to learning new systems with training.
Flexible and adaptable with a willingness to take on a variety of tasks.
Professional attitude and a “no task too small” mindset.
