Cleanroom ESA Technician (Contract)

Rate: Outside IR35
Contract Length: 6 Months

We're working with a leading aerospace engineering business in Hampshire seeking multiple experienced ESA Technicians to join their growing Flight Hardware team. This role will involve precision assembly of components and flight hardware to IPC and ESA standards within a cleanroom environment.
Role Overview
- Build and assemble flight hardware including PCAs, modules, and harnesses to IPC and ESA standards
- Work from detailed build instructions and engineering drawings
- Assemble in-house cable assemblies, test jigs, and electrical boxes
- Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and cleanroom requirements
- Collaborate with engineering teams to maintain high manufacturing standards
Key Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production
- Previous cleanroom experience highly advantageous
- Strong soldering and wiring skills (ESA or IPC certification desirable)
- Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills
