Job Title: QA Lead – Enterprise Testing Program

Location: Primarily Remote (MUST RESIDE IN THE UNITED STATES), with occasional travel (approximately once per month) to major metro areas such as Baltimore, Chicago, Philadelphia, or Minnesota

Overview: An enterprise technology program is seeking a QA Lead to oversee testing activities across multiple workstreams. This role involves managing test strategy execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring consistent delivery of quality metrics and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide overall QA oversight and ensure testing activities align with the defined program test strategy

• Maintain and update testing documentation, plans, and processes throughout each phase of testing

• Consolidate testing status metrics and prepare presentations for daily and weekly status meetings

• Lead daily testing standup calls to review RAID items, execution progress, and key variances

• Facilitate cross-team planning workshops to adjust for changes in project scope, schedule, or team composition

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience leading QA/testing for enterprise-level or multi-stream projects

• Strong understanding of test management methodologies, metrics, and reporting

• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience facilitating daily standups and producing clear, actionable QA updates

Additional Details:

• Travel: Minimal, approximately once per month
