Position Title: Customer Data Quality Analyst Location: Boulder, CO Status: Contract -8 months, Contract role on W-2 through Above and Beyond Talent Acquisition, Inc. (A&B Talent)" Status: On-site Shift / Schedule: TBD Pay Range: US$25.00 - $27.85/hr W-2 Client Info / Who they are: Above and Beyond Talent Acquisition proudly represents our Client, a global leader in water, waste, and energy management. The client offers a full spectrum of water, waste, and energy management services, including water and wastewater treatment, commercial and hazardous waste collection and disposal, energy consulting, and resource recovery. The client helps commercial, industrial, healthcare, higher education, and municipal customers throughout North America. The client has approximately 10,000 employees working at over 350 locations across the continent. Requirements / Who we are looking for: Our client is seeking a results-driven professional to join our team. This role will partner with sales and commercial operations teams to drive quality in customer accounts, reporting directly to the Global Sales Director for Aftermarket. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms Proven ability to create processes that promote data quality Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills Performance Objectives / What you'll be doing: Clean and maintain customer account records in Salesforce Review and resolve duplicate accounts while validating customer ship-to information Support the development of new processes for creating and managing customer accounts Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to improve data quality and resolve account issues Execute independent data cleanup projects with high attention to detail Perks of working with Us / What We offer: Competitive Salary.
