Compensation: $24 - $25 / Hour

Job Description:

Addison Group is seeking a polished and professional Front Desk Coordinator to support our client’s downtown Dallas office. This high-visibility, front-facing role requires a well-organized individual with a strong customer service mindset and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, corporate environment. You will be the first point of contact for all visitors and phone calls and will provide a seamless, welcoming experience for high-level clients and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist executive-level clients, vendors, and guests in a courteous and professional manner
Manage a multi-line phone system and route calls to the appropriate departments
Prepare conference rooms for internal and external meetings, including light setup and coordination
Assist with calendar management and scheduling meetings as needed
Monitor and replenish office and breakroom supplies
Provide general administrative support to the operations team
Maintain a clean and organized front office and reception area

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a front desk or office coordinator role within a corporate or professional services environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
