Our client iscurrently looking for a recruit in joining their current team, below are thejob details for your reference:

Shifts: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)
Location: Cardiff
WorkingHours: 09:00am to 5:30pm
ContractDuration: 11months +

Responsibilities:

Deliver on-site IT support across our coverage area: Worcester, Gloucester, South West UK, and South Wales
Provide hardware break-fix services and general troubleshooting (training available)
Support clients with Microsoft technologies including Windows 7/10/11 and Office 365
Maintain excellent customer service and communication standards
Participate in an on-call rota when required
Ensure compliance with Government and customer-specific security clearances

Requirements

Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (essential for mobile role)
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft product suite
Experience with hardware break-fix (preferred but not essential)
Excellent customer-facing skills and communication abilities
Willingness to undergo necessary security clearances
