Our client in Stockholm is looking for a Business Transformation manager to speed up the digital transformation in sales and marketing throughout the full value chain from attraction to closed deal.
Some markets are fully transformed and harvest the full value of our E-com, CRM, CPQ etc. while others still have a long way to go. You will be responsible to inspire change and drive initiatives across all motivational aspect of change. Many things are done but you will come to an environment open to test new things that can lead us to full value creation.
- Customer Center harvesting of new processes, digital tools and capabilities.
- Be a key stakeholder for digital platform developments fueling adoption and change in all Customer Centers in the Americas & MEA region (excluding USA).
- Secure transformation cross capabilities and platforms and of message and requirements towards Customer Centers. Adapted to local needs.
- Steer adoption reporting and targets.
Please note that this position requires travelling across Europe and America.
