Accountabilities and Responsibilities: Takes fluid level readings and dynamometer graphs of sucker rod pumping wells across all producing portfolio. Troubleshoots failed wells through the echo meter to determine cause of failure and forward plan to return well to production. Prepares accurate daily and weekly reports to relevant stakeholders to inform the strategic decision-making process. Conducts field execution audits of approved programs to inform future design and optimization criteria. Cleans, maintains, and manages all tools and equipment provided to execute the jobs. Ensures that tools are calibrated and certified Develops and maintains a comprehensive predictive and preventative maintenance schedule on relevant service equipment. Coordinates with block Petroleum Engineers and block Supervisors to optimize production. Engages internal and external (contractor) teams as required to plan agreed programmes. Collaborates with relevant stakeholders (engineering, production, well servicing, etc.) towards developing effective project timelines (Gantts) for timely execution. Documents and communicates threats (perceived/otherwise) or process variances to direct report or company designee. Executes best practices to inform Front End Engineering Design (FEED) initiatives Assists in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and all Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality (HSEQ), and Operational Management Systems (MSs) as needed. Qualifications & Experience: The job holder must have: Minimum of five (5) CXC level passes (including Math and English) Technician Diploma in Petroleum, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related equivalent. Minimum 2 years of work experience in the same field/ capacity Competency with computer-based tools, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Fully fit to work in the onshore and offshore environment Any relevant combination of service, skills, and qualifications that will fulfill this job description, subject to management’s discretion
