A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Finisher. Position Type: Full time Contract, Contract to Hire
Duration: 12months Location: Amityville, NY (Onsite/2nd Shift/3:30pm-1am) Job Description:
• Work with various equipment to perform the following functions.
• Mask using proper protective tape to mask and unmask per work instruction.
• Sand using proper equipment (Da or dotco sanding equipment) and appropriate sandpaper grit
• Mix and apply various sealants and adhesives and ensure integrity per work instruction
• Work in a fast-paced, high performing, and inclusive environment
• Observe industry best practices for FOD, 5S, and material handling controls.
• Ensure that you are following all safety requirements/PPE.
• Promote and facilitate lean manufacturing principles within an environment of continuous improvement An Ideal candidate will have:
• High School Diploma or equivalent with 0 to 3 years of prior related experience.
• Any finishing/painting in the Autobody industry (Sanding/masking/protective tape/finishing) • People that have worked on construction have also worked out (Sheetrocking)
• Ensure that you are following all safety requirements/PPE

Pay Range : $25-$27 per hour.
