IT Support Officer | Close to Stockport, Manchester | 2 days a week on-site | £30,000 p/annum + Benefits

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable IT Support Officer who is eager to grow and take ownership of their role. Key Responsibilities and Skills:

Provide frontline IT support to internal and external users, effectively troubleshooting issues via email, phone and in-person.
Familiarity with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 Administration.
Communicate clearly and professionally, adapting your style to suit different audiences, including senior management.
Take initiative to resolve problems and escalate issues appropriately without waiting to be prompted.
Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and processes within the IT landscape.
Document support activities, solutions, and procedures clearly for future reference.
Contribute positively to team culture by demonstrating flexibility, resilience, and a proactive attitude.
Support IT projects and contribute ideas to improve systems and processes.
