- Lead the restructuring and organisation of SharePoint content across the business.
- Improve governance and implement best practices for SharePoint usage.
- Support the development of the internal intranet and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Own and structure information architecture to enhance usability and consistency.
- Develop digital learning packages to boost end-user confidence and awareness.
This is a hands-on role where your expertise will directly shape how teams interact with SharePoint.What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in SharePoint development and administration.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint governance and content management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with Articulate or similar e-learning tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
