Admin Assistant - Pubic Sector - Inside IR35 - Inverness (Remote)

Market Rates

Duration - 6 months

Harvey Nash's Public Sector Client are hiring 3 x Admin Assistants, you will support the team with some tasks such as:

General Admin duties
Creating Agendas from Workplans/Action Plans
Updating Workplans/Action Plans where appropriate
Attending committee meetings
Completing detailed minutes as a result of attending committee meetings, often in a variety of different styles
Diary Management
Arrangement of travel, accommodation, refreshments
Organising and co-ordinating large events which often requires dealing with many different stakeholders with differing views/expectations
Public Service Experience (not essential but would be extremely useful)
Exceptional organisational skills to be able to work on several different tasks that often have conflicting deadlines
Excellent use of initiative (sources work to do from the rest of the team if up to date, rather than waiting for additional tasks to be assigned)
Solutions focused approach
