IT Business Change Manager - Hybrid, Bucks - SC Cleared - £640 pd inside IR35

One of our government clients is looking for an experienced Technology Business Change Manager to join them for a 6 month contract. They are offering £640 per day, inside IR35.

Our client is based near Milton Keynes - commutable from Northampton, East Midlands, Bedford, Luton or Central London. They offer hybrid working and require someone onsite 3 days per week.

This role is working in a Security Cleared environment. You will need to be SC or DV (developed vetting) cleared or eligible to undertake SC or DV Security Clearance.

As the IT Business Change Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget. You will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and usage and minimise resistance. You will work to drive faster adoption, higher utilisation and proficiency with the changes that impact the organisation. These improvements will increase benefit realisation, value creation and ROI.

Experience Required:

Experience of delivering in a Digital Programme environment
Experience of delivery of cloud transition
Experience of change to Security Operations Centres and associated monitoring and management technology and procedures
APMG Change Management Practitioner
Experience of managing business change projects and programmes
Demonstratable experience of successful engagement with senior stakeholders
Preparing and presenting clear, concise reports
Risk Management
Benefits realisation
Strong facilitation and influencing skills
Excellent documentation skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Good understanding of change management principles, techniques tools
Prosci/ADKAR (desirable)
Changefirst (desirable)
