BI Solutions Lead Tableau

Role: BI Solutions Lead (Tableau)Location: Remote - (some ad hoc travel to Edinburgh)Contract: 3 months initiallyIR35: InsideRate: £480-£550pdStart: Approx. 2 weeks

OverviewThis role will focus on redesigning and standardising global BI systems across multiple European regions.

Each region currently operates with different warehouse and reporting set-ups. The objective is to define and implement a single, standardised solution that can be rolled out across all regions.

The successful contractor will sit within a small team (two direct reports into this role) and report into senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities 80% managerial - leading the BI workstream and owning delivery across the programme Align CRM, data and technology teams across regions Gather and translate business requirements into technical delivery Oversee Tableau reporting, analytics and data design Provide management oversight for two team members Drive stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical audiences As the programme progresses, take a more hands-on role in migration and technical delivery

Required Skills Strong Tableau experience Advanced SQL Experience leading large-scale migration projects Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience in subscription-based or similar recurring revenue business models
