Business Analyst

You'll play a central role in improving processes, optimising systems, and driving the successful delivery of the FY2026 change portfolio.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with senior-level visibility.Key Responsibilities

• Work with senior stakeholders across Corporate Banking to gather, analyse, and document business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications for delivery teams.
• Lead and facilitate workshops, design sessions, and end-to-end process analysis, identifying opportunities for improvement, automation, and innovation.
• Partner closely with development and testing teams to support solution design, develop test cases, coordinate UAT, and ensure final deliverables meet business and regulatory needs.

Skills & Experience Required

• 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst within corporate or wholesale banking, working on technology or change initiatives.
• Strong technical understanding, including process modelling, data analysis, and familiarity with core banking systems such as payments, cash management, or trade finance.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong delivery focus.
• Proficiency with business analysis tools (e.g., Visio, JIRA, Confluence) and data visualisation platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is highly desirable.
