Business Analyst (Legal - Proclaim)

My client is a fast growing legal consultancy with office in Liverpool city centre. They are looking for a skilled business analyst who has worked in the legal sector previously, ideally with experience of working with / developing Proclaim legal case management software.

The role will involve providing the link between stakeholders and the IT development team, including:

• Requirement gathering and analysis - working with fee earners, managers and department heads to capture business requirement and identifying pain points and improvement opportunities
• Product manage / subject matter expert for the tech platforms including Proclaim, TOCA and other CRM systems
• Data, Reporting and Compliance - producing MI/BI reports, dashboard, ensuring GDPR & SRA compliance
• Process Optimisation & Change Delivery - designing improved processes to streamline workflows and remove inefficiencies, with lot-code and no-code automation initiatives.

Hybrid working will be available once a bedding in period has been completed, typically 3 months to build the working relationships required.
