We're partnering with a leading insurance organisation undergoing major change and looking for an exceptional Interim CTO to lead their technology strategy through a critical transformation period.

What you'll bring:

• Proven CTO or senior technology leadership experience on an interim or contract basis
• Strong background in insurance or, at minimum, wider financial services
• A track record of delivering large-scale transformation programmes - technology, digital, data, or enterprise-wide
• Ability to stabilise, shape, and accelerate technology strategy in a fast-moving environment
• Confident strong leadership style with the credibility to influence at Board level

• Lead the technology function through a period of change
• Drive transformation initiatives, modernisation, and operational excellence
• Align technology, digital, and data strategies with business priorities
• Provide clear direction, pace, and structure to teams and programmes
