CMS Architect - Wealth Management Program - Hybrid - Inside IR35.
We are undertaking a major digital transformation program for a global Wealth Manager.
Role is to
- Lead discovery to define current and future-state architecture for Content Management and how content underpins Digital Experience, operations and client journeys.
- Develop capability models, principles, standards, and repeatable patterns for Content creation & localisation, governance, personalisation, experimentation and omnichannel delivery.
- Define the enterprise content domain model (content types, ownership, life cycle states, stewardship) and implementable content modelling patterns.
- Design Content operations (ContentOps) frameworks to support efficient planning, creation, review/approval, tagging, publishing and continuous optimisation.
- Architect how Content supports marketing, campaigns, client journeys, and digital self-service.
- Define approaches for AI-enabled content enrichment, automation, and personalised experiences.
- Evaluate options aligned to the target-state architecture, including platform and vendor assessments, build vs buy considerations, integration approach, migration strategy, and total cost of ownership.
- Collaborate with digital, marketing, client services, data, compliance, and engineering teams to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and digital strategy.
- Develop a transition roadmap and investment plan, outlining phased delivery, key milestones, dependencies, resourcing, and benefits realisation; provide clear guidance on sequencing to reduce risk and accelerate value.
Experience
- Strong background in digital or enterprise architecture with experience in CMS, DXP, DAM, and composable headless content platforms; ideally experience in AEM (Adobe suite).
- Knowledge of content modelling, metadata, taxonomy, and structured content practices.
- Experience with AI-enabled content workflows (creation, personalisation, automation) and controls/guardrails.
