Role purpose:

• As the Content Designer in Discovery, you'll define the content approach for fraud-prevention experiences across CEP journeys-turning complex risk, security and verification concepts into clear, proportionate and trusted user interactions.
• You'll work Embedded in a cross-functional CX squad alongside Product, Service Design, Research, BA
