Corporate Credit Analyst - International Bank - Temp/Contract

Client facing Corporate Credit Analyst role with a focus on Credit & Portfolio support as well as Financial Modelling.

Description

Credit & Portfolio Work

• Manage annual reviews across the existing book.
• Assess credit risk for new clients & onboarding.
• Produce rating updates, monitor corporate rating changes (IG, crossover, leveraged finance).
• Liaise with rating agencies regularly.
• Engage with 2nd Line Credit on trading updates and circulate internal notes within 24 hours.
• Prepare credit applications and maintain internal rating processes.

Financial Modelling (Critical Requirement)

• Building full financial models from scratch.
• Spreading historical financial statements.
• Modelling new transactions.
• Creating forecasts & scenarios.
• Manipulating / adjusting existing models.

Profile

• Strong technical corporate credit analysis background (international bank preferred).
• Ability and track record of building full financial models from scratch.
• Ability to "roll sleeves up" and deliver quick, high-quality analysis.
• Comfortable in a small, experienced, multicultural team.
• Ideally CFA or part-qualified.

Job Offer

• Daily rate of GBP 450/day.
