Birmingham based - once a week on-site

We are seeking an experienced Data Quality Analyst to join a critical remediation project within the financial services sector. The successful candidate will have a strong background in regulatory compliance, data analysis and process improvement. Will also need the ability to deep-dive into complex issues and provide actionable recommendations.

Data Quality Analyst, key skills:

• Proven experience in financial services with exposure to regulatory compliance and data governance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deep-dive into data issues
• Hands-on experience with data quality tools, remediation projects and process improvement initiatives
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodology and continuous improvement frameworks
• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders
• Experience in documenting processes, identifying risks and proposing sustainable solutions
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of data integrity
