About the role 

Our HSEQ team is looking for a collaborative, analytical and proactive Document Controller (QLD) / HSEQ Administrator based in our Lytton office to manage various aspects of document control for our East Coast Operations in accordance with Coogee's Quality Management System. This is a 10-month fixed-term contract, covering parental leave.

Key Responsibilities:

This full-time position reports to the HSEQ Advisor and will be responsible for:

  • Managing the Company’s Document Management System, within Coogee’s Internal Document Management Software (SharePoint), ensuring that access is granted where applicable, confidential folders are locked down where applicable, and folders are logically set out for ease of controlled document retrieval.
  • Maintaining the document control system and processes in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.
  • Reporting training compliance and upcoming / overdue training to Managers / Supervisors.
  • Scheduling internal and external training for Engineering and Operations.
  • Completing Safety Reports on a weekly / monthly basis.
  • Undertaking any other tasks assigned by the Manager within applicable skills, knowledge and abilities.

The successful candidate 

We are looking for a deadline driven and dependable professional, who has:

  • Proven experience in document control
  • Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and experience with QMS systems
  • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.
  • Extensive working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • High level of administrative, planning and organisational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
