If you have experience in bell pepper cultivation, enjoy getting up early and don't mind getting your hands dirty, then we have the perfect job for you.
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic employees for a bell pepper company who are committed to delivering excellent results!

Your daily job is:

• Efficiently and correctly twisting the plant stem around the string.
• Efficiently and correctly removing extra shoots from the plant.
• Monitoring for diseases and pests.
• Working safely and neatly with the crop cart and keeping it clean.
• Working safely according to regulations.

Job Requirements:

• You would like to work in horticulture.
• You can work independently.
• Flexible attitude and good motivation.
• You are physically strong.
• You can ride a bicycle.
• Not afraid of spiders
• Preferably you speak English or Polish
