Robert Half is delighted to be partnering with an international manufacturer to recruit an Interim Finance Project Specialist. This role is perfect for contractors with experience in finance projects, systems migration, process improvement, automation, reporting, reconciliations and data migration.

About the Role

You'll work directly with the senior finance leadership team to deliver several high-impact internal projects. This role offers variety, ownership, and the opportunity to leave a lasting mark on a global business. In this position, you'll play a key role in driving strategic initiatives from concept through execution-bringing clarity, coordination, and momentum to complex priorities. You'll collaborate cross-functionally, influence senior stakeholders, and help translate strategy into actionable plans that deliver measurable results. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with a proactive, hands-on approach and is motivated by making a tangible impact at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead report migration across systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency and improved reporting capability.
• Review and optimise finance processes, recommending best-fit solutions and identifying opportunities for automation.
• Deliver data migration and reconciliations, ensuring the business moves forward with clean, reliable data.
• Partner across project teams, finance stakeholders and wider business functions to create a cohesive project roadmap.
• Provide broad ad-hoc support across multiple finance projects as priorities evolve.

Ideal Background
