Job Purpose:
As an Industrial Performance Engineer, you will play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across our manufacturing sites. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—including HR, production, safety, and quality leaders—to analyze processes, track performance data, and implement solutions that drive productivity, quality, and safety. 

Main Accountabilities:

• Monitoring factory performance metrics (S.M.Q.C.D.E).
• Analyzing workflows and identifying areas for improvement across sites.
• Leading and participating in training sessions for operational teams on new tools, best practices, and Bmm standards.
• Collaborating with various departments to implement and follow up on improvement projects.
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for new or existing tools and equipment.
• Preparing performance summaries and presenting findings to management and operational teams.

• Train, mentor, and coach team members in root cause analysis methodologies (such as 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, or FMEA) to ensure effective identification and resolution of issues. 

  • Guide and support colleagues in implementing immediate corrections, driving effective corrective actions to eliminate root causes of recurring issues, and proactively developing preventive actions to avoid potential problems and promote sustainable, continuous improvement.

Education, Experience and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • 2+ years’ experience in continuous improvement function/role.
  • Effective use of Lean, Six Sigma tools and methods to lead a high impact and high value improvement projects.
