We are seeking a skilled Informatica MDM Business Analyst who will act as the vital bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams. This role is dedicated to translating data management requirements into effective MDM solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining data ownership, business rules, governance processes, and mastering requirements, ensuring that data integrity and management objectives align with business needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Gather and document business requirements

  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders

  • Define master data processes and workflows

  • Document data quality requirements

  • Support data governance initiatives

  • Produce functional specifications

  • Define matching and survivorship requirements

  • Support UAT planning and execution

  • Manage stakeholder communication

Key Requirements
  • 5+ years as a Business Analyst

  • Experience on MDM programmes

  • Strong understanding of Informatica MDM capabilities

  • Data governance experience

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills

  • Requirements management expertise

  • Process mapping and modelling skills

Nice to Have
  • Client life cycle management experience

  • Counterparty management knowledge

  • Regulatory reporting familiarity

  • Reference data experience

  • Product data expertise

  • Experience in operations and risk functions
