IT Analyst - Contract (Up to 6 Months)

Rate: Up to £180 per day (Inside IR35)Contract Length: Up to 6 months, with possible extensionLocation: Borehamwood (mainly office based, with some hybrid working)Hours: Standard office hours

The Role

We are recruiting an IT Analyst to join the business on a contract basis for up to 6 months. This role will focus on ensuring technology processes run smoothly and efficiently, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting the implementation of system enhancements and upgrades.

You will work closely with UK and Group IT teams, as well as stakeholders across the wider business, playing a key role in supporting and optimising Salesforce and related systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Gathering and understanding business requirements, particularly relating to Salesforce
• Creating, managing and supporting system users
• Carrying out detailed data analysis, with a strong focus on Excel
• Managing data activities including migration, cleansing and quality checks
• Creating, maintaining and distributing Salesforce reports
• Training and supporting employees on new systems and processes

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience working with Salesforce
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical, numeracy and critical-thinking abilities
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively
