IT Desktop Support Analyst

Robert Walters is working in partnership with a global manufacturing business. They provide solutions, products and services to a range of industries sectors. Due to continued growth trye are keen to appoint an IT Desktop Support Analyst.

As an experienced IT Desktop Support Analyst, you will provide end user support across a range of devices and peripherals supporting internal and remote users.

The role for an IT Desktop Support Analyst is a 6-month rolling contract, paying a competitive day rate. This role is Inside IR35 and will be based out of the Stafford offices.

IT Desktop Support Analyst: Experience

• End-Ser Equipment (PC, Peripherals - Skype, Smartphone)
• O365, Collaboration Tools, Remote Access
• LAN
• Print Services - Network settings
• Telephony
• Server Rooms

IT Desktop Support Analyst: Duties

• Manage incident - user service requests
• Administrator technical estate within IT security rules
• Manage workstations/iPhone assets
• Manage user access
• Lead upgrades across technical estate
• Lead technical projects
