IT Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a key business change programme. This role is not suited to a technical PM, instead success will come from excellent stakeholder management, delivery focus and the ability to drive projects forward in a complex environment.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within business change initiatives
• Confident working with and influencing senior stakeholders
• A proactive, delivery-focused mindset with strong communication skills
• Ability to manage ambiguity and keep momentum across multiple workstreams
• Personality and approach are critical - this role requires someone who can build trust, challenge appropriately and move things forward
• Following the initial project, additional projects are likely to be added, offering scope for extended engagement and broader responsibility.
