IT Project Manager - NetSuite ERP (Finance Focus)

We are partnering with a growing organisation that is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with deep, expert-level knowledge of NetSuite ERP, particularly across finance modules.

This is a critical role for a business that has recently completed a NetSuite implementation and is now entering a key optimisation phase. They require a seasoned professional who has successfully led multiple full-cycle NetSuite implementations and can confidently step in to stabilise, refine, and enhance the current environment.

The Role

You will take ownership of resolving post-implementation challenges, with a strong emphasis on finance processes and accounting best practice. Acting as the bridge between finance, IT, and a third-party provider, you will identify process gaps, drive improvements, and ensure solutions are effectively delivered.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the review and optimisation of the recent NetSuite ERP implementation
• Resolve process and system issues, particularly across finance and accounting functions
• Engage and manage internal stakeholders across Finance and IT
• Work closely with an external third-party partner to drive successful outcomes
• Implement structured, scalable solutions that align with business objectives

About You

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager delivering multiple full-cycle NetSuite implementations
• Expert-level understanding of NetSuite ERP, especially finance modules
• Strong grasp of accounting processes and financial controls
• Diplomatic and commercially astute, with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels
• Solutions-focused, hands-on, and able to drive delivery in complex environments
