You will be working with a leading organisation that is based in Bristol. Your new role

A short term specialist is required to support the rollout of Microsoft Teams Premium, ensuring the programme is strategically governed, compliant, and positioned for effective adoption. You will be providing focused expertise across governance, risk, change, and user adoption.Key Responsibilities:Strategy and phased roadmap for Teams Premium and AI capabilitiesGovernance framework covering policies, data handling, transcription, and external accessRisk identification, mitigation planning, and compliance alignmentAdoption plan, comms materials, training content, and user guidanceTargeted stakeholder engagement and hands on support for early adoptersClear leadership to maintain momentum and alignment across teamsWhat you'll need to succeed

• Strong background in digital change, Microsoft 365, or enterprise collaboration tools
• Experience developing governance, adoption frameworks, or AI related policy
• Proven ability to lead stakeholder engagement and deliver rapid, structured change
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver outputs at pace within a short term engagement
