Job Title: PMO Manager
Location: Edinburgh, 2 days per week onsite
Remuneration: Up to 600.00 per day
Contract Details: Fixed Term Contract, 6 months

Responsibilities:

• Training Development & Delivery: Design engaging training content and run tailored courses to elevate employee performance.
• Document Preparation: Craft clear, audience-specific materials to communicate effectively across diverse groups.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Identify stakeholder needs and foster communication to ensure alignment and support.
• Financial Management & Control: Monitor budgets, track variances, and report to senior management for informed decision-making.
• Project Governance: Define roles and ensure project compliance with organizational processes for smooth execution.
• Data Collection & Analysis: Conduct thorough research to highlight key themes and trends that drive project success.
• Insights & Reporting: Contribute to impactful data and analytics reports that guide strategic decisions.

• Strong Risk Management skills to identify and prioritize project risks.
• Proficient Computer Skills to navigate standard office tools with ease.
• Exceptional Presentation Skills to engage stakeholders confidently.
• Effective Reporting capabilities for lucid communication of project metrics.
• Proven Project Governing experience to ensure projects align with organizational goals.
• Strong Action Planning abilities to translate recommendations into actionable steps.
• Excellent Verbal Communication to articulate ideas and drive collaboration.

Experience & Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have experience that enables them to navigate complex situations confidently and supervise resources to achieve results. Your managerial experience will be crucial in guiding teams toward successful project outcomes within defined timeframes.
