This is a *Remote* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Public Sector organisation working on *Developing and implementing procurement strategies and routes to market.*

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join a high-profile programme delivering strategically important procurement activity within a highly regulated environment.
This role offers the opportunity to lead complex procurement exercises from initial strategy development through to contract award, working closely with commercial, legal, and operational stakeholders to ensure robust, compliant, and value-driven outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies and routes to market.
• Conduct market analysis and supplier engagement activities to inform procurement approaches.
• Produce procurement plans, risk registers, and governance documentation.
• Draft and manage tender documentation, including Statements of Requirement, evaluation methodologies, and supplier guidance.
• Support the development of commercial and business case documentation.
• Lead procurement activities through compliant procurement processes and framework agreements.
• Support supplier negotiations and commercial due diligence activities.
• Prepare contract documentation and support contract award and mobilisation activities.
• Maintain procurement records and sourcing platforms to ensure audit readiness and compliance.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to influence procurement decisions and achieve successful outcomes.

Required Experience

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end procurement activities within a regulated or publicly funded environment.
• Strong understanding of procurement legislation, governance, and compliant routes to market.
• Experience utilising framework agreements and dynamic purchasing systems.
• Demonstrable experience drafting tender documentation and supporting contract award processes.
• Experience using e-sourcing platforms such as Jaggaer or similar procurement systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple procurement activities simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy and compliance.
