Production Employee Almelo

As an inpakmedewerker at Van der Laan in Almelo, you will contribute to the production and packaging of our high-quality products, such as chicken skewers, Halal products, and liver sausages. Your role is essential in ensuring that our products meet the high standards we are known for. Working in a collaborative team environment, you will focus on precision and efficiency while maintaining a positive atmosphere on the production floor.

What You Will Do:

• Inpacking: carefully inspect and pack products according to our quality standards.
• Labeling: apply stickers and neatly package products into crates and boxes.
• Working in shifts: participate in production during various shifts, with attractive allowances after 18:00.
• Collaborating: foster a positive team environment and contribute to smooth teamwork.
• Achieving production goals: assist in meeting daily production targets as part of the team.

• Starting salary of €15.24 per hour.
• Temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
• Part-time role, 21 to 40 hours per week.
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km (max. €16.10/day).

• You are fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written.
• You are available to start work at 06:00 AM.
• You can work at least 3 days per week.
• You preferably have your own transportation.
• You enjoy teamwork and work with great attention to detail.
