As a Productionworker / Forkliftdriver at ROCKWOOL in Roermond-east - near the German border - you will contribute to maintaining a smooth production process in a dynamic and safety-focused environment. Your role combines operating a forklift with different supporting production activities and collaboration within the team. Flexibility and attention to safety are key as you work in a 3- or 5-shift system. With the opportunity to align your availability with the company's planning needs. There is no full time hours garantie. This vacancy is ideal for example students or anyone looking for additional part-time hours - 8 hours per shift - alongside their current job. Growth into an Operator role is a possibility.

What You Will Do:

• Forklift operations: loading, unloading, and moving materials within the production area.
• Production support: assisting with machine operations and ensuring an efficient workflow.
• Workplace maintenance: keeping your work area clean and organized.
• Team collaboration: participating in briefings and ensuring smooth handovers with colleagues.
• Flexible scheduling: full- or parttime working in 3- or 5-shift rotations and coordinating your availability with the planningteam.

• An hourly salary of €16.01
• Different shift allowances plus: 25% surcharge between 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM, 35% surcharge between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM and 57% surcharge on Saturday and Sunday
• A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position
• Flexible working hours between 24 and 40 hours per week
• 8 hours a day/ shift

• Valid forklift certificate or willingness to obtain one. Start People is willing to help you with this.
• Physically fit; comfortable in an active work setting.
• Available for different tasks in rotating shifts
• Proficient in Dutch; English or German is a plus
• Minimum availability of 24 hours per week.
