About the Role

Reed Norwich is seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our highest-performing team. You will take ownership of an established Accountancy desk, specialising in placing part-qualified accountancy professionals into temporary, contract, and interim roles across Norwich and the surrounding areas.

This is a sales-focused role where you'll be responsible for both business development and candidate sourcing, building long-term relationships with clients and connecting them with top-tier talent.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Growth

  • Drive new business through proactive sales, outreach, and marketing activity.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with employers.

Candidate Attraction & Selection

  • Create effective job adverts, network, and headhunt to source top talent.
  • Screen and interview candidates to ensure strong alignment with client needs.
