Salesforce Project Manager - London Based - £550/Day (Outside IR35)

This established and growing organisation is looking to strengthen its Salesforce delivery capability by bringing in an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead the successful execution of key programmes across the Salesforce estate. This role will focus on overseeing the delivery of strategic initiatives, managing technical backlogs, and ensuring best practice is followed throughout the project lifecycle.

As the primary point of ownership for Salesforce projects, you'll work closely with technical teams, stakeholders and third-party partners to drive end-to-end delivery. You'll play a critical role in prioritising work, shaping roadmaps, improving delivery processes, and ensuring the platform evolves in line with business needs. This is a hands-on project management position requiring strong Salesforce understanding, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing complex multi-cloud environments.

• Extensive experience managing Salesforce programmes and projects
• Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities across Classic and Lightning
• Proven track record delivering projects across multiple Salesforce Clouds and products
• Ability to work closely with technical teams to manage backlogs, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality delivery
• Strong capability in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and translating business needs into actionable plans
• Experience defining processes, governance frameworks, and best practices within Salesforce delivery environments
