Senior IT Business Analyst

Senior IT Business Analyst - Farnborough, Hampshire (2 days weekly on site) - £500-£550 per day inside IR35 - rolling contract

Requirements:

Business Analysis:5+ years in Financial Services, gathering and documenting requirements for IT projects.

CRM & Data:Multi-year CRM experience, including data migration and process flows (Prospect Lead Customer).

Agile Tools & Methodologies:Expertise in Jira, Confluence; experience with agile testing tools (X-Ray, Cucumber).

Testing Expertise:Skilled in test case creation and execution; managing bugs and requirements lifecycle.

Data Analysis & Structures:Ability to write SQL for investigations; strong understanding of data structures and flows.

Interface & Process Design:Experience in designing data flows, dictionaries, and reviewing processes to avoid siloed solutions.

Structured Methodologies:Demonstrable experience with Agile, Rational, and Waterfall approaches.

Workshop Facilitation:Skilled in hosting workshops and documenting outputs in Jira/Confluence.

Stakeholder Management:Ability to influence without authority and navigate matrix structures.
