Service Delivery Analyst

We are supporting a leading organisation within the Renewables sector, this is a key role working closely with business stakeholders to ensure the delivery of consistent, reliable, and high-performing IT services.

• Inside of IR35
• £400 - £450 a day
• Six months
• Hybrid working between remote and an office in Scotland (Glasgow, Perth, Edinburgh, Aberdeen or Inverness)

Key experience required:

• Experience in a service delivery/IT support environment, ideally aligned to ITIL frameworks
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
• Exposure to project delivery and service transition, ideally within Agile environments
• Understanding of cyber security principles
• Experience in risk management
• Experience within the Energy or Utilities sector highly desirable
