This is an exciting opportunity to join the Strategic Change team at New Ireland Wealth & Insurance and support the delivery of priority strategic initiatives. As a PMO Analyst, you'll gain end?'to?'end exposure to project and programme delivery across a varied change portfolio. You'll help shape how change is governed, tracked and reported, while building strong foundations in a fast?'paced, supportive environment. The role offers visibility, learning and the chance to contribute to work that directly supports our long?'term strategy.
In this role, you will:You enjoy working with structure and detail, while keeping sight of the bigger picture. You're comfortable working with data and explaining what it means in a clear, practical way. You collaborate well with others, manage competing priorities and speak up early when something needs attention.
Experience with the following will help you stand out but is not required to apply for this role:
A relevant third?'level qualification or equivalent professional experience, and a recognised project management certification (such as PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent).
