We are supporting a large UK enterprise organisation seeking an experienced Secure Service Edge (SSE) Analyst to support and enhance cloud-based security services.

This role focuses on Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) administration, web gateway management, and analysing malicious web activity to maintain secure and reliable Internet access across the organisation.

You will work closely with internal cyber security teams and third-party vendors to maintain policies, investigate threats, and improve the effectiveness of web security controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and related Secure Service Edge technologies.
• Configure and optimise Zscaler policies, web filtering rules, and access controls.
• Analyse malicious domains, URLs, and web categorisation issues.
• Support capabilities across CASB, CBI, DLP, SSL inspection, and sandboxing environments.
• Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow.
• Work with internal cyber security teams and external vendors to resolve issues and improve service delivery.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Zscaler technologies, particularly ZIA.
• Experience with Secure Web Gateway or Secure Service Edge environments.
• Ability to analyse malicious sites, domains, and web traffic behaviour.

This role sits within a central cyber security function responsible for operating enterprise security controls and maintaining safe Internet access across the organisation.
